E-commerce sales calendar
Special shopping days run themselves: before each one, listings are discounted automatically (10% to 45% in 5% steps, depending on each item) and the home page banner and slides switch to the event.
How automatic discounts work
- Every listing gets its own discount in 5% steps from 10%: up to 5% below the event's maximum during early deals (10%–40% for a 45% event) and up to the full maximum on the event days.
- Listings are ranked by their circumstances and spread evenly over the steps: best sellers of the last 30 days and items that have sat unsold the longest get the deepest steps, and big-ticket items deeper ones than cheap items.
- Cost: supplier (CJ) items never drop below cost plus 15% (they move down a step if needed). Auctions and brand (affiliate) listings are never discounted.
- Discounts are taken off the seller's was price when there is one, and a seller's own deeper sale is kept. Stored prices never change, so prices go back by themselves when the event ends.
- When two events overlap, the one that ends first is shown. Dates follow UTC days.

Reward rates
Points shoppers, sellers and affiliates earn once an order is paid. New rates apply to orders placed after you save; earlier orders keep the rates they were placed with. Changing what points are worth also changes the value of points people already hold.
Business accounts (B2B)
Approved businesses get sellers' wholesale prices. Only turn on tax exemption after you've checked the business's resale or exemption certificate; exempt businesses pay no sales tax at checkout.
Quote requests
Businesses ask for prices on large carts. Give a unit price per line (at most the list price); the buyer can check out once at those prices until the quote expires.
Shipping through Lyrtrip
Orders Lyrshop ships itself (not CJ imports or brand listings) can get a printable label (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and more, through Easyship) or a same-day courier, booked from the order. Lyrtrip bills these to Lyrshop's partner account instead of a card; the statement below shows what Lyrshop owes Lyrtrip.

Regions
Local stores Lyrshop sells from in each country. A region's stores are searched only for shoppers there, their prices convert from the store's currency at the day's rate plus the region's commission, and the listings sell only in that country. Turning a region off hides its listings and stops its stocking.

Dropshipping partners (API)
Stores that resell Lyrshop's catalog through the partner API. Approved partners pay the retail price minus their discount (never below CJ cost + 15%), from a prepaid wallet. Their orders show up under Orders, tagged API, for you to fulfil as usual.
Brands & retailers
The directory shoppers see on Brands & Stores: international brands by sector and retailers by the countries they trade in, nearest first for each shopper. Listings link to a brand by their brand name or any of its aliases. Protected brands can only be listed by staff and the brand's authorized sellers; anyone else's listing waits below as a draft.

CJ Dropshipping
Import CJ's trending products for each country, look up a CJ product, link its variants to a Lyrshop listing, and check stock and shipping. Paid orders are sent to CJ from the Orders tab.
Automatic imports
Every day at 06:00 UTC, CJ's trending products for each country below, plus products matching your keywords, are imported and published. Products stocked in a CJ warehouse in that country come first and ship from there; the rest ship from the CJ warehouse that stocks them, usually in China.

Real brand products (Merrell, Puma, Lenovo…) from brands that approved Lyrshop on Rakuten Advertising, and retailer products (Walmart, Target, The Home Depot…) from programs that accepted Lyrshop on Impact.com, and brands such as Nike (US), Dell and HP that joined Lyrshop on CJ Affiliate. Each listing links to the seller's site, where the shopper buys and Lyrshop earns a commission. Runs every day at 07:00 UTC; prices are refreshed and products the brand drops are hidden after 7 days.
